He always pleases the crowd with extraordinary sets that mix the essence and power of music, creating a dynamic, groovy, deep and hypnotic fusion. Always close to music, he is djing for more than thirteen years and has also been involved in the production of trance music for more than eight years now.. His presence is essential at the best trance parties and festivals held all over Mexico and he is constantly required all over the world since some time now.
AppearenceHis talent has taken him to play around the world in festivals like Boom (2008), Voov Experience 2001, 2004, 2007 (Germany), Fusion Festival 2004, 2005(Germany), Antaris (Germany), Solstice (Holland), Sola Luna (Greece), Universo Paralello (Brazil), Ypy Poty (Brazil), Tundra (Lithuania), Lovefield (Germany), Shiva Moon (Germany), Tshitraka (Germany), Tranceformation (Brazil), Indian Spirit (Germany), Festival de Independencia (Brazil), Wonderland (Germany), Vaikuntha (Germany), Sunvibe (Brazil), etc. He has played twice in the Tecnogeist/Loveparade gathering in Mexico City, in front of more than 100,000 people. Besides big festivals around the world, he has also played in Canada, Austria, Ireland, Chile, USA, etc. He has played in some of the best international trance clubs and many indoor/outdoor parties all around the world, having the opportunity to play with all biggest names of the trance scene. Vazik is definitely the Mexican dj with the most international exposure and recognition since some time now. DJ of the Year 2003On 2003 he was recognized as the Best DJ of the Year by the DJ Dance Awards, hosted in Acapulco, Mexico (www.djdance.com.mx). This award is given every year based on popularity (votes are sent in by internet) and 2003 is the first year it has been given to a trance DJ. At the DJ World Expo 2003, (Mexico City), Vazik was awarded Best Psychedelic Trance DJ of the Year (www.expodjsworld.com), the first year this category has been nominated also. TodayIn the moment he is focusing his music production on its own tracks and in his progressive project named Bienmesabe (together with DJ Jabba). He also produced as Indika (together with DJ Geza) for some time. Many releases of each project have been coming out on different well known labels and there is always more on the way.
